Another race, created at the beginning of the universe. You can think of the nastikas, their first generation, as the counterpart to the gods—if we are the energy needed to sustain the universe, then they're the force that consumes it.

By large they're known for wanton destruction, whether against other races or each other. Much of our duty was keeping them in check.
