That is a very long and very boring story, but, alright. What do you want to know?
[ one hand idly runs through his hair, touch careful and light, like a guardian trying to offer some comfort. a wing stretching out along the couch as a blanket of sorts. ]
No story is boring to me. [ and clearly not long to someone that has lived as long as her. ] What did you do for a living?
[ though she has heard pieces, she wants to put it all together. ]
[ well, okay. this is nice. he like. clearly likes this a lot, pressing a little bit up into the hand. truly a dog. ]
...I've done a lot of things. I opened an academy and taught students as their headmaster. When that ended, I worked as a mechanical engineer. I helped to protect a society on a space station from being obliterated. We helped rebuild Qiming Planet, and I did a lot of mechanical work for that. Designing and creating systems from the ground up. I was the assistant to the Prime Minister, and... for the past sixteen or so years, I've been the Prime Minister of the Eighth Galaxy.
[ it's a truly wild assortment of careers - dabbling here and there, trying new things here and there, but it seems like the latter is the one that stuck. though; ] Admittedly, not by choice, but, these things happen.
[ mmm... ] Sometimes, it holds more meaning than just food.
[ but she isn't offended by that comment. still keeping a light smile as she listens, staying quiet so she can take it all in. ]
There's no control over where your story takes you when events come and go. [ her hand had paused in its motions when she says this but it no sooner continues. ] After all, I hadn't always been the leader of Eden.
[ her voice is softer. ] You've gone through a lot. I'm sure if I had been observing you from the beginning, I would have been cheering you on throughout your journey.

[ because the idea of like, only wanting to know something because it's consumable is heartbreaking, to lu bixing. someone who has always supported knowledge, someone who has tried to foster curiosity - of course, the idea of knowing a story just to know it makes him happy. ]

[ he's like, clearly joking, and the comment after is very genuinely appreciative ] I'm glad, though. I think I would've appreciated it. [ ehe. ] Can I ask questions, too? I'd like to know a little of the story of Uriel, too.
[ not all deities are like her, often using it for entertainment. keeping a clear distance between them and those mortal. but Uriel's interest is genuine, a curiosity, and it shows even as her expression switches up to something embarrassed. ]
N-Not just because of that! [ noooo ] ..There's another story I followed along back home, so when I think of him- I just get the same feeling here, as different as it is.

It is composed of the angels of the apocalypse, and the scourge of the demons and the eternal enemies of the Demon Realm. We are the guardians of the Celestial World, who don't fear any evil.

But the Eden we're from, it's... well, anyone would say it's incredibly beautiful. With fields containing sheep, and well taken care of gardens... There were small decorations, with murals and statues decorating the monotonous white. But after living there it gets rather boring. We had our headquarters and training grounds as well.
