[ when she finds her, she observes for a moment, before coming up to sit beside her with the most gentle of bumps to her side. she stares up at the cosmos as well before she quietly speaks. ]
Back home, Constellations like myself are represented by the stars twinkling above. [ an offer for a story, if she doesn't mind listening. ]
[ Uriel keeps her gaze focused above, as if to provide her with that small privacy while she wipes her face. her wings unwind a little from her back. ]
Mhm. I hear in other worlds they're represented in clusters but, it's different for me. Each single one belongs to a deity of sorts, whether it's someone that has been heard of in legends, myths, or even a simple tale. They could be an archangel like myself, a Stone Monkey, or even a dragon.
At least there's the implication they aren't entirely gone.
[ which it would be nice if it's the same here as well. her voice softens more as she continues. ]
Though we're trapped in Hell, we're trapped with company.. it will likely only get harder the more that time goes on. [ though, she seems to be telling herself this as well. ]
[she's trying not to be too upset about that, but thinking about how she's already attached to some people here and how there's no way all of them are going to make it - god.]
It's such crap to find people you care about after you're dead.
[ though, isn't that wishful thinking? to assume maybe this coming week will be different. maybe someone won't decide to suddenly murder? even if that would be very un-hell-like. ]
It is. But at least there's someone. And if anything, their story remains with you. [ there's a ticklish feel of feathers, a wing wrapping around Gideon gingerly as Uriel leans into her side in a makeshift hug. ] Though some deserve a much better fate.
[the wing startles her a little, but she doesn't pull away. she just blinks at it a little, and then settles down.]
... I get what you're trying for. [she says, with a sigh.] I appreciate it.
[even if she thinks just the story, the memories - that's not enough, she thinks. but she's not stupid or rude enough to slap this offer of comfort down.]
[ this will be fine enough then, if because Uriel is used to just hugging people but she doesn't want to overstep a boundary if there is one. wing comfort is a good step in the direction. ]
Mm.. it'll get difficult but, if you ever want company, I'm only a message away, okay? We could talk about anything, any story would do. But if you'd like to air out some frustration.. I'm also available to spar, always.

Huh. Fancy. [...] Just the deities get them?

...If Hell is anything like the Underworld that I know of, her soul is still capable of being reached. [ wherever it is... ]

[she sighs.]
... I'd been getting used to her being around.
