Hm... True enough. [A little SIGH. He wants to see some DRAMA!! He wants to see someone having INTENTIONALLY TARGETED KON for some WEIRDASS REASON!! He is so disappointed every week.]
Ah - that would certainly put him above most of the rest of those idiots, though. Hopefully he'll have done something to make it an entertaining trial.
Fortunately, there isn't any memory loss with one's death so, Kon will at least be able to tell us what happened exactly.
It's a matter of whether or not who killed him gets caught. The group has been consistent enough in at least catching one every trial though.
[ so there's some hope? but she highly doubts most of them know Ryo did as well. but she nods, Kon is a smart bean. he wouldn't have gone down without at least leaving something behind to find his killer. ]
..By the way. [ she's gotten some scrapes with her little tango with the laser beaming furby, but she's mostly referring to her arm gash she gave herself with him a few days prior. ]
Wounds seem to heal on their own, even without any personal healing aid. It seemed a bit faster than normal, so I let it be just to see if that was it. [ the gash is about almost completely healed now, not even looking like it'll scar. ] So no need to die just to heal completely.
[He just hums at the first part, since he frankly feels like he walked them to voting for his ass. HE JUST WANTED TO SNIPE AKIRA!! It'd be funny if the first and only time they scaped was all the way at week 5 honestly.
But!! More importantly, their weirdass experiments! He glances over, nodding.]
That's good to know. It could still be a little problematic for me... [Presumably he largely heals on his own because magic god tech, but there are probably some things that he'd just need repaired. Terrible.]
But on a whole, it's not as inconvenient as it could be.
Without my stories trying to mend themselves, there seems to be something with this realm healing you so as you've implied- that's better news than none. [ so it's fine, he can still get repaired even without healing himself. the pace is at the hands of aki and not scaramouche unfortunately. ]
Not that there is much to concern us with other than the wild.... animal? life. [ the furbies, and the goose. ] And it isn't as if there have been any random trips here unlike on the other side.
[ the cyoas.... i wish i could go on a cyoa grips my fist ]
help our cyoas though. sudden surprise graveyard cyoa for all of us. HE IS VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT, THOUGH!!]
We've already been through enough cosmic suffering, I think. It's good for things like that to be reserved for the "living". [IS IT.] Not that it'd make a difference for us, anyway, given we don't have the threat of "dying" again looming over our heads so strongly.
[ I THINK WE DESERVE A GY CYOA. as a treat. me remembering when i ran a graveyard cyoa in chroma :) good times. ]
Our own current status of death means it doesn't really matter what happens to us here, you're right on that. [ though, that makes her curious. ] Have you settled on that thought? Accepting we're just stuck here for eternity?
[I THINK WE DO TOO!!! shakes ur hand in having run gy cyoas before
He just gives her a bit of a look at the question, though.]
I'm not going to waste my time pining for something that might never happen, but I'm not foolish enough to let my guard down. If an opportunity arises, I'll snatch it.
[ manifesting one fr.... if only i had the energy to run another. me pointing at you where's our genshin cyoa ]
Well, if an opportunity does come up, I'll lend you a hand. ...I have something important I need to ensure back home, so I won't sit still if there's a chance to go back.
What a mood, though! He... doesn't really have anything to go back to, and has subconsciously become aware of that as the weeks have gone on and he's found himself finding more people here tolerable. Decent, even. Enjoyable company, in some cases. But of course, he doesn't ever think too hard about how the only person he's had some semblance of "positive" connection with over the last few centuries is the guy that wants to dissect him like a frog.]
You and several others here, I'm sure. As far as I'm aware, no one is fully content to stay here, so we'll have hands to spare if the time comes.
